Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
- Document General Staff meeting reports and attendance.
- Manage hotel reservations and logistics for staff retreats.
- Oversee office supplies and maintain proper documentation of expenses.
- Support recruitment processes within HROE unit.
- Supervise office security guards and cleaners.
Experience: Administration: 1 year (preferred)
