Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Administrative Officer to act as the primary contact for staff, managing supplies, records, budgets, and employee inquiries. Key duties include preparing expense and budget reports; maintaining databases and confidential filing systems; scheduling appointments and meetings; arranging travel and accommodations; handling correspondence; and supporting presentations and events. The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience, solid knowledge of office procedures, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word). This full-time position is based near Ajah with a salary of ₦120,00 per month.
