Job Description
B-Meson Limited is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The ideal candidate will excel in organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, preparing reports on budgets, maintaining databases, organizing confidential documents, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements include a minimum qualification of HND, 1 year of relevant experience, and residence near Sango Ota, Abule-Egba, Ijaiye, or Toll Gate. The work schedule consists of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote from 9 AM to 4 PM.
