Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting is seeking a dedicated Administrative/Human Resources Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall business goals.
The ideal candidate will manage personnel policies and procedures, maintain an employee handbook, and oversee benefits administration. Responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts, monitoring performance evaluations, and maintaining departmental records.
Requirements include a Higher National Diploma, a minimum of 2 years of HR/Admin experience, and certification in CIPM, SHRM, or GPHRM. This is a full-time position with a salary starting from ₦150,00.00 per month.
