Job Description
BeGlobal is seeking a Junior Admin Support Specialist to assist with essential operational processes and ensure smooth execution across various systems. This part-time remote position requires 5 hours of work per day, totaling 30 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of system navigation and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Aetna MAPD application status.
- Input 2FA codes for secure access to Wellcare Book of Business.
- Address minor errors in Prod USDOT insurance data.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in SaaS (required).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
