Job Description

We are seeking a professional Admin Officer / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and maintain seamless office operations. Key duties include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, preparing reports and correspondence, record keeping, and vendor and client communications. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Candidates must handle confidential information with discretion, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
