Job Description

Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance & Repairs: Manage office facilities, coordinate maintenance, supervise services, conduct inspections, and implement preventive schedules.

Expatriate Residence Management: Identify and assess residences, negotiate lease agreements, ensure compliance, and manage relationships.

Logistics & Administration: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage utilities, oversee supplies, maintain records, and provide support to the team.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years in administration or facilities management, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Nigerian regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Lagos (Preferred: reliable commute or planning to relocate)

Experience: 5 years as an Admin officer (Preferred)
