Job Description

Okoma Company Nigeria Limited is in search of a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to enhance our operations. The right candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes while striving for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit quotations and invoices accurately.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain organized records of all documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and manage company logistics.
  • Provide support across various departments.

Qualifications:

  • OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₦40,00/month
