Job Description
HR-Aid Consults is looking for an Admin Assistant for our client in the fashion industry. The position is based in Lekki, Lagos, and is a full-time role with a Monday to Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist with client consultations and measurements
- Provide general support to internal and external clients
Requirements:
- BSC in any field
- 2 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
