Job Description

Arrupe Jesuit College is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team and support our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and school policies.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledgers.
• Maintain and update financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in education.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
