Job Description
25th and Staffing is on the lookout for a meticulous Accountant to join our dynamic Lagos team. This full-time position entails managing financial operations, streamlining accounting processes, and overseeing bill payments along with client deliverables. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within a staffing or service-based environment.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Payroll Management, Invoicing, Account Reconciliation, and Budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll for both employees and outsourced personnel.
- Enhance accounting workflows and monitor client payment statuses.
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable while ensuring punctual vendor payments.
