Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Financial Administrative Associate to manage receivables presentation and provide financial administrative support.
- Responsibilities: Verify logistics and inventory postings to vendor accounts; reconcile vendor and intercompany balances; process vendor payments and oversee advances.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; 2–3 years of relevant experience; MSc or professional certification (ICAN, ACA) preferred; strong general ledger and SAP proficiency.
- Competencies: Excellent organization and attention to detail; effective information management; strong vendor communication and relationship skills; analytical problem solving, teamwork, professional integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
