Job Description
Tyonex Nigeria Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company in Nigeria, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Account Officer.
Location: Igando, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage all account outflow matters, including external transactions.
- Oversee the asset inventory of the organization.
- Maintain a database of customers from 2016 and provide monthly reports.
- Ensure Sales Representatives return used invoices before new ones are issued.
- Prepare invoices based on customer Local Purchase Orders (LPO).
- Update LPO records regularly.
