Required Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or related fields, along with at least three years of relevant experience.
Job Role: The successful applicant will oversee Diversey’s interests within Heineken, Nigeria, providing expert support across all locations while focusing on customer retention and growth to develop profitable accounts.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing Diversey operations, collaborating with customer management, assessing training needs, implementing process improvements, and expanding Food & Beverage solutions.
KPI Targets: Goals include a 30% monthly expansion in Food & Beverage solutions, achieving 20% of full margin potential, and exceeding customer satisfaction by 10%.
