Job Description
Bloomsford Associates HR Consultant is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Loan Officer at a respected Microfinance Institution. The ideal candidate will evaluate and process loan applications efficiently, build strong client relationships, and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications promptly.
- Understand and respond to clients’ financial needs.
- Exceed performance and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in any sector.
- Aged 30 and above.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- OND minimum educational qualification.
Salary: ₦100,00 – ₦120,00 per month
