Job Description
Bloomsford Associates HR Consultant, a reputable Microfinance Institution, is seeking qualified Loan Officers. Candidates will evaluate and process loan applications while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process loan applications promptly.
- Foster client relationships to understand financial needs.
- Achieve performance targets and sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan process.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience, aged 30+, excellent communication skills, and minimum OND qualification.
