Job Description
Join the 21st Century Group – SisiHR as a Retail Floor Supervisor! In this role, you will oversee sales representatives and support staff, ensuring optimal store appearances and preventing stock losses.
Responsibilities include monitoring shelf stocks, training new employees, motivating the team to meet targets, and maintaining a clean environment. Strong interpersonal skills are required to engage effectively with customers and staff.
Location: Victoria Island (VI). Full-time: Mon-Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM. Salary: ₦90,00.00 – ₦110,00.00 per month.
