Job Description
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Phillips OutSourcing’s Executive office. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive’s calendar and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and answer phone calls professionally.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in law or Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Salary: N400,00 – N600,00 Monthly.
