Job Description
Heirs Life Assurance Limited is seeking a creative and analytical Retail Development Manager. The ideal candidate will conduct market research to develop effective strategies targeting our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Sell all company products (life insurance, investment-linked, and protection products).
- Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums by clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Continuously update job-specific knowledge.
- Submit proposals to generate new business.
- Advise prospective customers on insurance benefits.
- Develop strategies for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- BSc or HND required.
- 3 years of retail/marketing experience in banking or insurance.
