Job Summary: The HSE Supervisor is crucial for ensuring a safe working environment. This role involves developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Train employees on HSE standards.
- Investigate incidents and ensure reporting.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3-5 years of HSE experience, relevant certifications, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
