Job Description

Fadac Resources, a leading service and retail-based company in Nigeria, is seeking a talented and dedicated Service Engineer. This role is critical as we expand our commitment to providing top-tier electronic products, installation, and after-sales services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fix and install AV (TVs, soundbars) and HA systems (AC board repairs).
• Troubleshoot defects in AV & HA products.
• Assess complaints and justify faults.
• Manage inventory of parts.
• Deliver exceptional service for customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of AV service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
