Job Description
Fadac Resources and Services is seeking a dedicated Service Centre Manager for a leading service and retail-based company in Nigeria. Located in Lagos, this role involves overseeing daily service operations, handling customer complaints, monitoring turnaround times, and generating revenue from out-of-warranty services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Electronics Service Centre, a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering), and excellent communication and project management skills. Fluency in English and a local language, along with proficiency in MS Office and ERP operations, is required.
