Position: Loan Collection Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: Manage the recovery of overdue loans, contact customers, follow up on payment plans, provide payment advice, and report customer feedback.

Requirements: Candidates should possess SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc with 0-1 years of experience. Previous tele-collections or customer service experience is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and smartphone are essential.

Pay: ₦50,00.00 – ₦55,00.00 per month
