Job Description

Job Description: The Layer Farm Manager will oversee staff, monitor the welfare of birds, manage feeds and supplies, prepare budgets and reports, and work towards maximizing the profits of the layer unit.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising operations and ensuring proper care.
- Planning production strategies to meet targets.
- Managing budgets and maintaining inventory.
- Training staff and implementing biosecurity measures.
- Conducting inspections and addressing issues.
Qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with 5+ years of experience.
