Job Description
Job Summary: As a Customer Care Representative at In-Charge Solutions Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
- Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: BSc or HND in Mass Communication or English, with 3 years of experience in customer service.
Benefits: ₦70,00 per month plus commission, health insurance after 12 months.
