Job Summary: As a Facility Manager, you will ensure that our buildings and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your role includes coordinating repairs, managing vendors, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of all facilities and manage repair requests.
- Maintain open communication with tenants and service providers.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely and budget-friendly services.
- Monitor safety compliance and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Manage facility budget and prepare performance reports.
- Assist with organizing facility events and collect feedback for service improvement.
