Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Field Superintendent to oversee our operations in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. In this role, you will monitor daily productions and quality control performance, develop strategies for achieving organizational goals, and coordinate production flow while identifying potential issues. You will also supervise maintenance and operational activities, ensuring that production output meets specifications.
Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Business Administration, engineering (preferably civil/structural, mechanical, chemical, or electrical), and at least 7 years of supervisory experience in the industry. Strong project management skills and great people skills are essential.
