Job Description
Chi Digital LTD is seeking a passionate Junior User Experience Researcher to enhance our digital products by understanding user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through surveys and interviews.
- Analyze user feedback for key insights.
- Prepare reports using PowerPoint.
- Create user personas and journey maps.
- Assist in developing information architecture.
Requirements: Strong analytical skills; proficient in Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, and Mural.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (6 months) | Pay: ₦170,00/month | Start Date: 16/10/2024
