Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan overall HR strategy and implement HR policies.
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training sessions.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Maintain employee files and records both electronically and on paper.
- Make travel arrangements including flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
- Generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, and conduct research.
Requirements:
- B.SC or HND with at least one year of experience as an Administrative Officer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks.
