Job Description
MGE Realty, a prestigious real estate company specializing in luxury apartments, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Facility Manager in Mushin, Lagos. This full-time role involves managing a Leather Production and Shopping Complex. The successful candidate will oversee all facilities and infrastructure aspects.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational policies.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Conducting regular facility inspections.
- Leading the facility staff team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 monthly + Benefits.
