Job Description
Human Capital Partners is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to implement training, manage recruitment activities, and forecast workforce requirements. This position is based in Ogun State.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and people priorities.
- Develop HR strategies for performance enhancement.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and implement training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop welfare plans to enhance staff working conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with Nigerian Employment and Labor Laws.
