Job Position: Graduate Trainee

Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Description

  • We are seeking to hire a graduate trainee with a first degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Transport Management to join their team.
  • The Idea candidate must be an enthusiastic self starter.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Data Wiz: Analyse logistics data, handle documentation & filing, and manage inventory.
  • Team Support: Assist with dispatch planning, conduct fleet routine checks, and oversee maintenance.
  • Stay Organized: Keep logistics records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
  • Compiling reports and making presentations
  • Analysing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
  • Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
  • Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
  • Upholding the good name of the company at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Transport Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word – all the essentials).
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
