Disposables Warehouse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and have the skills to handle customer queries efficiently, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram
• Record and manage customer data
• Provide information about our products and services
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
• Manage social media engagement through Instagram and WhatsApp

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
• Only Yaba residents
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficient in data entry and typing (fast typing skills required)
• Familiar with using Instagram and WhatsApp
• Must be a fast learner and adapt quickly to new tasks
