Job Description
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Survey Associate at Spazio Ideale, you will forecast project costs, manage cash flow, prepare budgets, and adjust budget projections based on design changes. Your role also includes procuring contractor services, measuring site work, ensuring timely payments, and liaising with clients and construction professionals.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering and strong numerical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Excel is essential, and prior experience in the Interior Design field is preferred.
