Job Description
Location: Abuja and other locations
Eligibility: Nigerian Nationals
Position Summary: A Quantity Surveyor (QS) manages all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyze project drawings.
- Develop, monitor, and track project budgets.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate submissions.
- Review contracts and manage claims.
- Conduct site visits and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
