Job Description

Job Description:

• Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
• Working with collection agents to contact debtors and pursue payment.
• Devising customized recovery strategies on a case-by-case basis.
• Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
• Reducing non-performing debts owed to the company.
• Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Captain.

Requirements:

• 0 – 1 year experience in collections/recovery in finance, microfinance, or banking.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow policies.
• Commitment to achieving performance goals.
