- Manage incoming messages and inquiries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
- Engage customers with a proactive approach.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills.
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in English.

Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
