Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and place orders.
- Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
- Maintain company databases and confidential documents.
- Answer queries from employees and clients.
- Organize meetings and distribute correspondence.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
