Job Description

Stretfordhill.com is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role reports to the Head Quantity Surveyor and is responsible for the accurate measurement and valuation of construction works, ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Manage construction contracts and variations.
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve disputes and manage risks.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, 4-7 years of experience, and professional membership in a relevant organization.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
