Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and report financial data.
- Establish budgetary controls with variance analysis.
- Develop financial strategies for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage working capital effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance.
- 8 years of accounting experience, with 5 in manufacturing.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
