Job Description
Craneburg Construction Company is seeking to fill the role of Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, focusing on inventory management, facility management, and ticketing and hotel reservations for both local and expatriate staff.
Responsibilities:
- Stock management and reconciliation
- Management of consumable items
- Management of pool cars and drivers
- Processing invoices for prompt payment
- Arranging travel reservations
- Facility management
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a reputable organization
- BSc/HND in Business Administration or related field
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office
