- Manage Front of House and reception area
- Handle incoming calls for scheduling and patient inquiries
- Confirm appointments and maintain patient records
- Process mail and assist the Clinic Manager
- Exhibit excellent customer service and positive attitude
- Handle financial transactions and daily duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
