Job Description:

Luxurypac is a leading packaging and box production company based in Mushin, Lagos. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and manage production staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily box production activities to meet targets and deadlines
• Coordinate and monitor production staff and workflow
• Ensure quality control standards are strictly maintained
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste
• Enforce safety, discipline, and company production policies
• Report daily and weekly production output to management
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly
• Train and guide production staff to improve performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a box/packaging or manufacturing company
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
