Job Description
We are hiring a Supervisor to lead daily team operations, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, performance monitoring, reporting, and resolving operational issues. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to motivate a team.
