Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Operational Manager to start immediately and based around Wuse/Central Area/Utako, Wuye Axis. You will assist the Operational Manager to ensure smooth store operations, lead and motivate a team of 15+ staff, and enforce company policies. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, able to multitask, solve problems, coordinate with other departments, and go above and beyond to meet business goals. Responsibilities include generating operational reports, maintaining records, handling documentation, and performing administrative duties. Must be ready to work diligently, manage staff effectively, and ensure compliance with procedures. Job Type: Full-time; Pay: ₦120,00.00 per month.
