Job Description
THCO Outsource seeks a Car Rental Operations Officer in Lagos (Full Time). You will support daily rental operations by managing bookings, answering customer inquiries, preparing rental agreements, allocating vehicles, supervising dispatch and returns with inspections and checklists, ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled/charged, updating system records (bookings, mileage, fuel, status), tracking damage and coordinating repairs, and producing basic fleet utilization reports. Requirements: prior car rental or operations experience is an advantage, strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational ability, and basic computer skills.
