Job Description
Lead finance & sales to grow AUM to ₦25B by FYE 2026. Drive deposit mobilization and client acquisition across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, Counterparty, and Public Sector. Develop strategies, secure profitable relationships, deliver tailored investment, structured deposits, treasury & brokerage solutions. KPIs: ₦25B AUM; deposit, special products & cross-sell targets. First 90 days: personal ₦500M, team ₦1.5B. Requires 8+ years in asset management, product expertise, analytics, commercial leadership. Full-time.
