Job Description
We are seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service at our retail/food outlet. You will manage scheduling, inventory, sales targets, visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also train and motivate staff, handle guest feedback, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Requirements: 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail or F&B, strong communication and leadership skills, and basic P&L familiarity.
- Must be organized, results-driven, customer-focused, and available for a flexible schedule including weekends.
