Job Description
Jobvet Services is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Officer for a reputable restaurant in Surulere, Lagos. The successful candidate will greet guests, handle inquiries and complaints, take orders (in-person, by phone, and online), coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery, monitor customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean front-of-house while supporting daily operations.
- Qualifications: SSCE, OND, or Bachelor’s degree; 1–10 years’ relevant experience.
- Requirements: hospitality or customer service background, excellent communication, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off. Accommodation and meals provided. Salary: N70,00–N80,00/month.
