Job Description
Zylus Group seeks an experienced Group Chief Operating Officer to drive execution of corporate strategy across Real Estate, Financial Services, and Support Services subsidiaries. The COO will establish and monitor group-wide KPIs and dashboards, strengthen governance and regulatory compliance for regulated entities, and lead operational risk management and process optimization.
- Oversee project delivery, service quality, and cost optimization
- Champion digital transformation, systems integration, and automation
- Coach and manage subsidiary Managing Directors and Heads of Operations
- Represent the Group in regulatory matters and external forums
